Mass Export data files from Zoho to desktop hard drive?

Hi,

I want to back up my Zoho data files at the end of every day by Exporting them down to my desktop computer. This is easy when exporting a single file at a time but it is time consuming. I want to save time and effort by exporting all the files in a particular folder at the same time.

Can this be done?

(By the way, my admiration for your Zoho programs suite is growing bigger every day. I am beginning to use it more and more. It is a great office environment and puts Google to shame).
