our company uses your Zoho CRM (80 users). We have set up a offer making workflow with custom documents for our products. 

We have a unique field called MS in Account Module, that contains identification number we use (custom field - number). We`ve put that field in the header of every of our documents, formated like ID"Accounts_MS"/PON. We use this data for our archiving system. We`ve noticed that when using merge function in CRM, not all are the same or not getting the same results.

1. When we merge a document using FINISH AND MERGE -> PREVIEW MERGED DOCUMENT, field get merged correctly

2. When we merge a document using FINISH AND MERGE -> EDIT MERGED DOCUMENT, field called "Accounts_MS" which is our identification number (custom number field) did not merge correctly or didn`t merge at all, as it stays in merge field format as "Accounts_MS".
