Messages not notifying on Windows App
We have Cliq on Windows Apps across our office. Starting on 22-05-19 messages have not been notifying the receivers in our entire organization. This includes private chats, mentions, and channel chats.
There have been no machine reboots between the 21st (working) and the 22nd (not working) to suggest an issue like Windows Update.
Reloading the app or quitting / restarting the app will bring the messages through and show the notifications of the previously sent messages, but new messages are still not notifying.
Can you please provide any troubleshooting steps I can try?
