Microsoft Office Plug-In Error

Hello,

I've been using the Microsoft Office plug-in to access my Zoho Sheets and everything has worked beautifully until a few days ago. Now, no matter when I attempt to open a file or what computer I try to open the files on, I get the following error:

�Error occurred while Opening the Workbook�

This is frustrating because I know how awesome the plug-in is when it does work. Any solutions? Do you need my username?
