Microsoft Office 2010

I installed the Zoho Microsoft Office plugin and I can sign-in successfully in the right-hand pane, but when I open the Zoho tab the buttons "From Zoho", "Save" and "Save-As" all produce the same error message: "Error occured while getting files from zoho". The same error occurs in both Word and Excel.

I found a few other forum posts with the same issues but none with solutions.
