Mise à jour en TLS v1.2 et mise à jour des composants client pour Zoho CRM

Bonjour à tous,

Veuillez noter qu'à partir d'aujourd'hui (13 mai 2019), la prise en charge des navigateurs, API et Plugins avec des protocoles plus anciens sera désactivée.

Nous vous informons que nous retirons le support des versions 1.0 et 1.1 de TLS le 30 septembre 2018. Après cette date, vous devrez mettre vos solutions de traitement à jour en TLS v1.2 afin de bénéficier d’un transfert sécurisé des données.

Nous avons apporté certaines modifications à nos composants client pour des performances et une expérience utilisateur meilleures dans Zoho CRM. Afin de supporter ces modifications et pour respecter les mises à jour des normes PCI, vous devrez mettre vos solutions de traitement à jour en TLS v1.2.

Qu’est-ce que TLS ?

La sécurité de la couche de transport (TLS, Transport Layer Security) est un protocole à technologie cryptographique utilisé pour fournir un transfert d'informations sensibles sécurisé sur Internet.

Pourquoi cette mise à jour est-elle nécessaire ?

Selon les normes PCI, TLS v1.2 est le protocole le plus avancé à ce jour, il élimine les vulnérabilités rencontrées par les versions précédentes, TLS v1.0 et v1.1. Tous les utilisateurs qui utilisent des serveurs et des navigateurs sécurisés pour accéder aux données et aux API de Zoho devraient appliquer cette mise à jour. Si vous utilisez un webhook pour relier Zoho à un site externe, vos navigateurs sont tenus de supporter HTTPS et TLS v1.2.

Nous avons également apporté certaines améliorations importantes dans les composants client qui ne seront pas supportées par les anciennes versions des navigateurs.

Comment pouvez-vous vous adapter à ce changement ?

Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser l’un des navigateurs suivants, qui supporteront cette nouvelle mise à jour :
  • Internet Explorer versions 11 et ultérieures
  • Google Chrome versions 49 et ultérieures
  • Mozilla Firefox versions 44 et ultérieures
  • Safari versions 9 et ultérieures

Les versions suivantes des plate-formes mobiles supportent la nouvelle mise à jour :
  • Google Android versions 4.1 et ultérieures
  • Opera versions 5.1 et ultérieures
  • Windows Phone versions 8.1 et ultérieures

Si vous utilisez l'un des langages de programmation suivants, vous devez le mettre à niveau pour communiquer avec notre API :
  • Java 6u45
  • Java 7u25
  • OpenSSL 0.9.8y
  • .NET versions 4.5 et antérieures
  • .NET 4.5 (les paramètres doivent être modifiés pour activer TLS 1.2)

Veuillez mettre à jour vos compléments Office et Outlook aux dernières versions depuis ces liens respectifs :

Phonebridge: Si vous utilisez l’adaptateur PhoneBridge, veuillez vous assurer d’utiliser la toute dernière version de Java (Java 8) sur la machine ou le serveur qui exécute notre adaptateur PhoneBridge.

Utilisateurs de Salesinbox, assurez-vous de vous mettre à jour aux navigateurs cités ci-dessus qui supporteront la dernière mise à jour.
