We are using the API version of Zoho Writer.

 

One of our users is seeing only a few components of the Zoho Writer interface when she attempts to to open a document.  Please e

see the attached screen shot, and note the "javascript error" icon in the lower lefthand corner.

 

Do you have only idea why this could be happening only for this one user?
