MS Office plug-in errors

I have installed the plug-in on my home and office computer. In excel I can save documents to online, but whenever i want to open a document from my zoho account an error message appears: Error occured while opening workbook. The same goes for MS word. There I sometimes cannot even save the changes.

Please help, because overall I really enjoy working with the plug-in, makes things so much easier.
