MS OFFICE PLUG INS

My team shares a Zoho sheet. If we access the sheet via a browser, we can share it and edit it as expected. However, the same functionality fails if we try to edit the sheet via the MS Office plugins. Each user can only see sheets he created. The shared sheets are no longer visible on "open" menu.
