Hi,

we have almost 1000 different items in our Shopify store. Connected the store to Cliq by flow to streamline the information between the shoppers and the salesperson.

Trigger: order created

first condition if condition A contains X or Condition B contains Y or Condition C contains Z

then SP1 should get the details of the order in their Cliq channel otherwise the 2nd salesperson will get the notification.

I tried to group all the conditions, I also tried to put them in different groups but every time my 2nd colleague got the notification.

What am I missing here?
