My Outlook plugin not working consistently after adding new user with plugin

My Outlook plugin not working consistently after adding new user with plugin

Added new user. Installed Outlook plugin for them to use to add candidates to database. Now have 2 users and 2 outlook plugins. Original user with original plugin no longer works consistently. I have attempted to add a few candidates, and they are not in the database after the plugin runs and gives no error message.
