My website intgrated to Zoho DOCS ?

Hi,
I am currently overseeing the development of our website and I am searching for an option to integrate user-accounts document sharing features on our site .

So, basically, the idea is that our clients shall be able to create  an account on our site and shall have an EASY option to upload files and documents.
Furthermore, our clients shall be able to create an user account on our site, which would trigger the creation of a zoho docs folder for a specific client automatically and after that he/she should have the possibility to upload data to "his/her" zoho docs folder, without ever leaving our website.

Is there a solution, such as an open API for your docs service?

I have asked the very same question already via email and received only some generic auto-reply message.
I have then send a second mail explaining once again that I do need specifically info on docs API, that was 4 days ago and still no answer.

I have no more time to waste. If there is a solution such as API for docs please let me know ASAP. - If not, then I will have to go with one of your faster responding competitors such as box.net ( and pay a bomb)

Now, four days have passed and still I have no answer :(  

All in all, almost 2 weeks must have passed since I first initiated contact and asked about API for the docs service!

Your sales support is toooooo slow!!!! What is this chalega-chalega-if-not-today-maybe-we-reply-next-week attitude?
I'm willing to spend some hard earned cash per month! Have 30 employees and and 20 customers who would like to utilize this service and my company is growing day by day! -- Is here anyone interested to provide service and earn money???


This reminds me of my experience in an restaurant, at dinner time, in Kerala/India:
