Need more broken bank feed info

Need more broken bank feed info

Zoho says my bank feed is broken.



However, I can't get much more information about what's wrong.  Should I call my bank?  Should I call Zoho?  Should I just wait?  "Just wait" is the advice I get when I dig deeper:



But the feed hasn't worked in four days, so I'm not sure this is "temporary".  Please provide a customer some kind of debugging info when things go wrong.
