New UX Improvements in the Zoho Expense iOS and Android Apps

We're excited to share the latest updates and enhancements we've made to the iOS and Android apps of Zoho Expense. These updates have been designed to make your day-to-day expense and travel management even simpler.

A New Look for the Dashboard

The dashboard has been redesigned for easier access and a better user experience. The pending tasks have now been moved to the top of the dashboard, giving you immediate visibility into pending items the moment you open the app. Additionally, creation actions have been moved to a dedicated Quick Create section at the center of the dashboard, so you can create new expenses, reports, and other records quickly without navigating away from the home screen.


Enhancements in Trip Details

The Trips details screen has an all-new interface. The redesigned layout offers a cleaner, more intuitive look and lets you view complete booking details directly within the trip, giving you more visibility in one place.

Unified Module List Pages

We've unified the design of all list pages, including Trips, Reports, Expenses, Advances, and their respective approval lists, for improved usability. You can now switch between two view modes: Compact view for a data-focused layout, and Card view for a more visual, spacious presentation. Pending items also now have a primary filter placed outside the filter dropdown for quicker access to actionable records.
