New workspace user not getting share status
I have added a new user to a workspace and invited them to join the workspace, but they cannot access the documents in the sub folders
I added them as a new user, selected them in the invite dialogue and followed the email link back.
The invitation email link
takes the user to the folder listing b
ut on drilling down, the access error below is displayed
Oops! this document is not shared to you, there could be two possibilities:
- Either the Author canceled the document sharing.
- Or the Author might have deleted the document.
I can manually share an individual document from a subfolder in the workspace ok, but not the whole workspace it seems.
The workspace properties/sharing tab shows the user with a Viewer status.
any ideas?
