Is Subscriptions missing automatic billing after credit card updated on the 3rd retry attempt?

Zoho Subscriptions has Retry Settings that works in many cases. For example, if the payment fails, Zoho Subscriptions will send out the first failure notification and then give the customer X days to update their credit card before automatically trying to process the payment say 3 days later.

This works well until the 3rd retry notice where the customer is asked to update their billing info BUT there isn't an automatic retry to process the payment if the customer updates their credit card info. 

How is everyone handling this?

Right now our process is to manually go to Events -->Payment Method Updated once per month looking at every credit card that was updated where there's an Outstanding Balance and then going to that Subscription to see if the update was made before or after the final billing notice went out. Each month we then end up processing multiple payments manually so we don't lose a customer due to Zoho not auto-charging their updated credit card.
