Currently, Zoho Inventory handles inventory primarily at the case level, which can be challenging for businesses that frequently need to break down cases into individual units for retail sales or smaller shipments. Although Zoho Inventory currently supports units and basic unit conversions, this functionality doesn't fully address scenarios requiring the splitting of bulk packaging into smaller packs or single units for sale. The addition of a "Case Break" feature would allow users to seamlessly split cases into individual units directly within Zoho Inventory.

Example Use Case: A beverage product comes packaged in cases of 24 units, but the business also sells this beverage in packs of 6 or as individual bottles. Currently, managing inventory for these different sale configurations is cumbersome. The requested case break functionality would allow easy conversion of a 24-unit case into four packs of 6 units, or directly into individual units, updating inventory levels accordingly.
