We noticed that there is no way to delete users, instead you can only deactivate them. First of all, we never signed up for zoho directory and now we can't remove users. We tried deleting the Zoho directory, and unfortunately we can only deactivate the account even with a super admin account.
What is the point of having super admin account and can't execute an admin task.?
We reached out to support 4 days ago with continuous promise of removing the users (from chat, not really reply via email) as the support mentioned deleting users is an backend process and only support team can do that.
We were trying to onboard Zoho mail (provisioned by different vendor), but since we already have account in Site24x7 (different org account), its not allowing us to create users as those users exist in Zoho directory. 🤦♂️
