Nous avons apporté quelques améliorations à la page d'accueil des utilisateurs et à l'onglet Tableau de bord, en voici un aperçu.
Des composants supplémentaires dans la page d'accueil pour les nouveaux inscrits :
Dans l'onglet Accueil, un nouvel utilisateur CRM ne pouvait voir que trois composants :
- Mes tâches en cours
- Les prospects d'aujourd'hui
- Mes réunions
Maintenant, nous proposons des composants supplémentaires pour aider les utilisateurs à améliorer leur productivité et leur manière de travailler. Les nouveaux ajouts sont :
- KPIs : Mes affaires en cours, Mes pistes, Mes affaires non traitées, Mes appels d'aujourd'hui.
- Vues personnalisées : Mes affaires conclues ce mois-ci
- Entonnoir : Mes affaires en cours par étape
Les utilisateurs peuvent supprimer, créer ou ajouter de nouveaux composants en fonction de leurs besoins.
Pour les utilisateurs déjà existants, la page d'accueil ne sera pas modifiée car l'ajout de nouveaux composants peut perturber les tableaux personnalisés déjà en place.
Suppression des tableaux de bord et des composants par défaut
Il n'était, jusqu'à aujourd'hui, pas possible de supprimer les tableaux de bord par défaut. Désormais, vous pouvez les supprimer à partir du compte admin.
Une fois que les tableaux de bord et les composants définis par le système sont supprimés, ils ne peuvent plus être récupérés. Si vous en avez besoin, vous pouvez les cloner et les conserver ou les partager avec certains utilisateurs de l'organisation.
Icône globale pour représenter les tableaux de bord d'accès public
Tous les tableaux de bord définis par le système sont disponibles par défaut pour tous les utilisateurs. Pour plus de simplicité, nous avons inclus une icône pour savoir qui y a accès.
