OFFICE 2007 Add-Ins Ribbon disappears

I installed the plugin for Office 2007 (I'm running Vista). After it finished installing, it opened up Word & Excel and the Add-Ins Ribbon was there and I signed into Zoho and could use the plugin just fine.

The next time I ran Excel, the Add-ins Ribbon was gone. I went into the Excel Options menu and looked at Add-Ins and the Zoho plugin was no longer there.

I uninstalled, reinstalled and the same behavior happens everytime. Is there a reason why the plugin won't load each time I open Excel? (Same thing happens with Word as well).
