Office plugin error(s)

i am using Office 2003 with XP. I'm having two errors. I just installed the plugin. First, in "Word", when i click to open a zoho document, the zoho window just sits there. it never loads the page, and i don't get any messages after clicking "open" several times. Next, when i try to open a zoho document in Excel, i get "Error occurred while opening the workbook" and then it doesn't load. any fixes? thanks!
