We spent a couple of years trying to do this. Fairly good budget. Nowhere near what you've done. Hats Off.

Can you run this off a local webserver too ? how much cpu/mem load does that take ? If low maybe a tieup with someone like ZONBU, GOS/GPC, Asus EEPC or similar could be a good idea. anyway just my 2p.
