Online Assessment or any aptitude test
This video is really helpful! I have one question — if I share an assessment form link (through email or with the application form on my career page), how does Zoho Recruit evaluate it? Can a candidate use Google or external help while taking the test, and does the system detect it or not? Please explain how this works in real situations.
