Font choice in customising PDF Templates is very limited, we cannot upload custom fonts, and to make things worse, the font names are not accurate. I selected Open Sans, and thought the system was bugging, but no, Open Sans is not Open Sans. The real Open Sans Font is a sans-serif font, and in Zoho Books Open Sans clearly presents Serif. It looks more like Times New Roman! Zoho Books, fix this, or allow us to upload font files!
