I'm trying to set up something that I think is quite simple, as google has had this feature for ages, but I don't seem to be able to figure this one out....

 

I have several files that need to be shared between the group where everyone can access them and edit them.  They are all working documents so they change quite a lot.  I know that I can 'share' them in Docs, but this doesn't fit my purpose easily because my users do not all want to log into Zoho everytime they want to edit something.  Therefore I've tried to share and implement the 'gadget' for opensocial to allow users to do their document searches directly from their e-mail boxes, and edit the documents, without going through any more screens.  This works fine for me, as the owner of the document, but none of my users can see the docs that are shared with them through the opensocial link!  This is daft because then you can ONLY work on documents that were created by you.... so I must be doing something wrong because that would make these features incredibly redundant for an organisation.  What am I doing wrong? 

 

In google I just need to share or make someone else an owner of it and then this is easy.....
