Order form template?

What Zoho product is best for creating an online
order form template?

I need something that has entry fields for quantities,
protects non-entry fields, and does some simple
calculations based on the order quantities of different
items.

I thought Sheet would have been the product, but there's
no way to create a template, and I can't protect cells from
being changed.
