Organizing Files

Great product/service, but how can I better organize my files. A fancy filing system would be nice, but at a minimum I find myself looking for a way to create my own subfolders, but the only new function I see simply creates a new file.
This means I can only have a dozen or so files before they get cluttered. Was this the intention? Is there a way to organize?
