OTP not sending

I am a new customer trying to set up Zoho mail. I'm stuck at the phone verification stage. I have entered my mobile number but the verification code is not being delivered to my mobile. I can also confirm that I'm receiving text messages from others telephone numbers as normal. Kindly assist me as I have been at this since yesterday.
