PAYMENT ISSUES. PLEASE HELP
We have recently had to up date our payment method for all of our Zoho subscriptions with our new credit card details, however I have not been able update payment for our monthly Campaigns subscription. I have tried emailing
payment@zohocorp.com asking for help but have not got a response. I have also tried calling several times but have not been able to speak to anybody. Subsequently our account has been suspended for overdue charges with no notice. It is urgent that we now get our account up and running so that we may continue using it ASAP. Is there someone who can help me with this payment issue?
