PDF output for shared documents

Dear Support

Currently users of shared documents can only see the document and a print preview?

I have a shared document that a secretary needs to look at weekly, convert to a file (say pdf) that can be shared and then email to various managers.

It would be most useful if she could do this in pdf format.
