Plugin not working with Zoho Sheet

I was using the plugin without any problems (once I learned how to sync offline changes) and today I opened Excel and received an error message that the Zoho Sheet add-in could not be opened.

I tried reinstalling the plugin and the add-in is still not available in Excel, but it is in Word (I haven't had any problems with that).

I uninstalled the plugin, rebooted, and reinstalled it. This also did not work.

I uninstalled the plugin, deleted all files and registry items related to Zoho, and reinstalled the plugin. Same result, shows up in Word, nothing in Excel.

I uninstalled the plugin and Excel, deleted all Zoho files and registry items, rebooted, and reinstalled Excel, rebooted, then reinstalled the plugin. Same thing.

I have no idea what could have possibly happened. I'm running XP, SP2, and Office 2003. Thanks for any help.
