I want everyone in a Primetime group video chat to be able to speak and have their video shown at the same time. is this limited to the presenter and one other person or can multiple/all users simultaneously be allowed to speak and have video shown?

I realize that for a presentation or large group this would be chaos but i need easy informal video chat for a small group.
