Pro Rata Billing and Quarterly Invoicing Issues in Zoho Subscriptions

Hello everyone,

I’m having trouble with pro rata billing for quarterly subscriptions in Zoho Subscriptions. I can only find the option to set the billing cycle to "every 3 months" but not specifically to "quarterly" as a distinct option.

Currently, pro rata billing seems to apply correctly only for monthly subscriptions, but it does not align with calendar quarters. We have reviewed the following settings:

  • Pro Rata Billing enabled in general settings
  • Pro Rata Billing option checked under subscription preferences
  • Billing Cycle set to "every 3 months" for quarterly subscriptions

Could someone confirm if Zoho Subscriptions supports quarterly billing based on calendar quarters? If not, what are the best practices to handle pro rata billing for quarterly subscriptions?
