problem in export to csv

I have imported Excel file in ZOHO spreadsheet. After that,i have exported that file into CSV. That time i didn't get the correct value for the date column. For example i have "Invoice Date" column with Date Format "dd-MMM-yy" (02-Jun-07). But in CSV file it is coming as 39265. Please rectify this issue.
