Problem With Journeys and Lead Page
Hi, I contacted support at zohomarketingautomation.com about an issue last week, but have yet to have a response.
I have built a critical journey for our customers, but they are skipping the email, at least that's what ti looks like (there's no explanation). Furthermore if I try and click through to one of the customers, that page won't open.
Please find the screenshots attached.
Any help with what is happening here?
