Problems with page breaks, activex control and redundant spaces

Hello,

We are having some problems with Zoho Mail Merge. There are actually 3 problems.

  1. I can't manage to print any mail merge documents with page breaks. We are simply trying to print a double sided letter for about 100 customers. It constists of 2 pages, back and front. When i used the insert page break button it inserts the page break. But then when i choose Print to PDF all the breaks are in the wrong places. I can't print this! I have been searching the forums and these topics seem to say that page breaks don't work in PDF: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/pdf-page-breaks and https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/page-breaks-in-html-view-pdf but this topic states that it should work: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/page-breaks-and-export. So why is it not working? And what alternative is there besides printing to PDF?
  2. So i tried testdriving the Mailmerge plugin for Microsoft Office. But when Internet Explorer wants to install the ActiveX control it ends up with the error message 'Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher'. I have tried setting my IE security settings to low and accepting all ActiveX scripts but Windows keeps blocking installement of the plugin. What can i do?
  3. Third problem is something that just messes up my mail merge results. I have made a template that has 3 mail merge fields: <first name> <middle name> <last name>. Some people don't have a middle name. Instead of putting nothing there Zoho Writer decides to insert a space there. So the text ends up like:
    Dear John  Doe, instead of:
    Dear John Doe,
    I think it might be because i put spaces between the fields. Can this somehow?
