As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance integrations, we are upgrading our Teamwork integration with Zoho Analytics from the V1 to V3 version of the People module.

We’re also pleased to inform you that this update brings new field additions, including:

However, as part of this version upgrade, the following fields in the "People" module will be deprecated effective May 15, 2025:

To ensure uninterrupted syncs in Zoho Analytics for existing integration setups, these deprecated fields will remain in the table structure, but please note that data for these fields will no longer be updated going forward.

Also we would recommend users who are using the "Company Name" from "People" module in reports to change the reference to "Company Name" from "Companies" table going forward.
