Publishing sheets/range

Hi,
What is the logic behind publishing ranges? I have published a range to a website but it doesnt update until i log back into zoho.
This range is based on 15 minute interval from another site, so i need this information updated.
How do I ensure that it updates without logging into zoho every 15 minutes!?!
