My recruiting department wants our job postings to be published immediately, or as close to it as possible. I read in one of your articles that it generally takes at least 24 hours for jobs to publish to job boards, but with an ATS that we used to use it was always less than 24 hours to publish. Zoho Recruit is a much better system overall, this is our one holdup so far.
