I do need your  help, I send 3 emails to support@zohomail.com but nobody reply to me.

My zoho mail service is Mail Lite,  the limitation of email size is 30mb.

I receive more than 30mb attachment emails, 

I keep receiving duplicate copys of these emails every 30 mins both in webmail and outlook.

i'm sure it's zoho mail service problem beacuse my another email account in the cc list is normal, only zoho mail in this situation.

Anyone can help? or I need to stop cowork with Zoho.
