I know you can set the pricing interval for addons to weekly, monthly and yearly & set it for one off or recurring, which these are fine as a base addon item.

It really would be helpful if when creating a subscription when you add on the addon item to be able to specify if it is following the global/base pricing interval or if it is going to follow something else.

An example would be say I have a service with an addon that globally runs on a monthly recurring interval, but I am wanting to either run a promotion or I have agreed a particular term for this addon with the customer/end user that it only runs for say 6 months. Rather than have to keep a note and manually remove this after 6 months, it would be really intuitive and great subscription management if these things could be really there from the start and be a set and forget to avoid manual alterations.

This would also allow the same addon line item to be used so that reporting can be done on just this item rather than having to have multiple addon items created for different periods.
