Reports - Billable Hours

Hello,

I have been playing around with some of the reports features but haven't yet been able to generate a report outlining Tickets which have been closed, that have billable time entries - defined against customer accounts - 

I can run a report showing all tickets closed with billable hours, but this totals everything - however we have multiple accounts (clients) who log tickets (multiple end-users per client so these are all added into their respective account) 

I need a report to show the Ticket ID / Subject / Total Hours Spent / Total Billable Hours - broken down by Account - so far I have only been able to generate the above report for ALL closed tickets.
