Request for Assistance Regarding Email Sending Issue (554 5.1.8 - Email Outgoing Blocked)

Dear Zoho Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance with an issue we are currently facing regarding our Zoho Mail account. Our email account, admin@tuyensinhcanuoc.com, is encountering the following error when attempting to send emails:

554 5.1.8 - Email Outgoing Blocked. 

As a result, we are unable to send any emails from this account, and we believe that our outgoing email traffic may have been blocked by your system due to some security or policy-related reason.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly investigate the cause of this issue and assist us in resolving it at your earliest convenience. Specifically, we would like to understand:

1. The reason for the outgoing email block on our account.

2. Any necessary actions we need to take to lift the block.

3. If there are any specific security or configuration measures we need to implement to prevent this from happening again in the future.
