Request to Delete Mistakenly Created Zoho Desk Account – Access Blocked to Company Directory

Dear Zoho Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding a Zoho Desk account I mistakenly created using my company email address. I created the account before being officially onboarded by my company, and I now realize this has caused a conflict with my access to the company’s official Zoho Active Directory and services.

As a result, I am currently unable to join or access my company’s Zoho Desk portal or other Zoho services tied to our organization.

I kindly request your help in:

  1. Deleting or deactivating the mistakenly created Zoho Desk portal associated with my email.
  2. Releasing my email address so it can be properly onboarded under my company’s official Zoho environment.
