Save callback

Hi,
I am actually wondering if we could get a callback when the user saves a document, sheet or presentation so as to know whether the save is successful or not, and in my side I could display a more helpful message for the user instead of a general one.
so is there anyway, to handle the callback from the save button when the user click it through the remote apis or just changing the text in the pink bar when the save occur
