Saving throw Remote API

Hi ,
Do Zoho remote APIs have any API for saving contents to the remote server, an API that can be run automatically on some event to let the third party application save the user document to avoid any data loss, and if not exist is there another API for importing contents of some remotely opened document, something behaves like the getting html contents button.
