security sheet

hi,
is it possible to share/publish a sheet so that only people with access rights (password?) can see it?

if i publish it looks like the sheet is accessible for the public.

also when i send out to people based on email address, they can forward the link
to everybody.
need to protect info on sheet.

what are the possibilities?
