Sending Bulk Mail

Hi Zoho

I am having problems sending 350 emails to our leads. We are on a Professional package and from what I have read we should be able to send this amount of emails in one go. However, yesterday when we tried to send we were stopped at 250. Are you able to advise why this may be the case?
