We work with clients who deliver large-scale field service projects. In many cases, a single work order can contain 200+ service and parts line items.
Currently, Zoho FSM limits work orders to 30 service and parts line items. While this works well for small jobs, it becomes a major constraint for larger projects.
The only available workaround is to split the job across multiple work orders. However, this creates operational challenges when a single job requires 10 or more work orders, including:
Fragmented job tracking
Increased administrative overhead
Complications with billing, reporting, and technician coordination
Allowing a higher (or configurable) line item limit per work order would significantly improve usability for enterprise-scale projects and reduce the need for inefficient workarounds.
Please let us know if increasing this limit is feasible or on the product roadmap.
