Setting sheet defaults

I'm new to Zoho so excuse me if I sound ignorant, but I can't work out how to set the defaults for new spreadsheets to my choice of font, styles, etc. I looked for the usual sort of thing, "Tools>Options>Set defaults", but I can't find anything.
